Access Evo Launch

The Paytronix loyalty capabilities you rely on now come together within one Access Evo experience. Feed alerts notify you of important changes in signups, visits and rewards. Access Evo provides a single, unified experience as you navigate across Access Group products and seek Help, Learning or Support. You can keep up with your program through your mobile device. Attribute-Based Categories in Wallet and Category Manager

In Category Manager, merchants can create or edit a category and choose PDI product attributes, such as brand, size, category level and manufacturer, as its rules instead of tagging each UPC by hand. Matching products fill the category automatically, and the category updates when PDI price or product data changes, so Wallet rules that use it stay current. PDI item groups, such as "Category" and "Sub-Category", map directly to Paytronix categories and display with readable labels. The attributes offered in Category Manager are set by a Paytronix configuration allow-list, which lets merchants limit the PDI custom attributes shown when PDI sends a large number. The feature is available in Category Manager and the Wallet for merchants with a PDI Price Book integration.

Merchant Users List Live Search

The Merchant Users list now has a search box that filters the list as you type, so merchants with many admin users can find a specific user quickly. The search matches User ID, Username, Email, First Name, Last Name, Login Status and Is User Admin, and it is case-insensitive. A count reads "Showing N of M users", and a "no matches" message appears when nothing matches. Clearing the box restores the full list, and column sorting continues to work. This is available on both the merchant and Paytronix admin versions of the page and needs no configuration.

Minimum Spend on Rewards

Minimum Spend is now available within advanced options in reward creation, so a reward can require a minimum purchase amount before it applies.

Combo Reward Type

Combo rewards are now an available reward type when creating rewards. Pick one or more POS categories, set a required quantity for each, and choose a New Price, Amount Off or Percentage Off. This reward type is not available for all POS types.

Updates & Fixes

Loyalty

Combo Discount Application

A fault that left combo discounts only partly applied has been fixed, which had caused redemption reporting to fail. The fix is applied automatically, and no merchant configuration or upgrade step is required.

Bankable Points Program Config

The Bankable Points Program Config page has been corrected so it shows the "Dollars Spent" rate rather than the first "Add to Points" rate. The fix is applied automatically, and no merchant configuration or upgrade step is required.

Auto-Recharge Reloads

Some auto-recharge reloads were being declined because the requests did not pass the guest's email address and other details to the payment provider. Those details are now sent, and the fix is applied automatically with no merchant configuration or upgrade step required.

Date Editing in Wallet Manager and Rewards Hub

Editing dates in Wallet Manager and Rewards Hub was not working correctly and has now been fixed. The fix is applied automatically, and no merchant configuration or upgrade step is required.

User Creation Error

Evo user creation could delete a user's merchant username, which could then cause Access Identity single sign-on to fail. That error has been removed, and the fix is applied automatically with no merchant configuration or upgrade step required.

Messaging

Support for Decimal Control Group Percentages

The journey builder service now accepts decimal control group percentages, including values below 1%, matching the existing Paytronix control group configuration. Merchants with large guest lists can use very small control groups in Evo Messaging. Fractional percentages are accepted and kept throughout the journey, while existing whole-number values and the maximum allowed value are unchanged. This is the server change behind "allow any control group size above 0%" (#2771035), so users will only see it once that change is released.

Faster Campaign Dashboard

The campaign dashboard no longer loads every account filter (segment) for a merchant just to label a few campaigns, and it now requests only the filters it needs. This should make the dashboard load faster for merchants with many account filters. A new backend lookup retrieves a single account filter, limited to the merchant making the request. The campaign dashboard now uses this lookup, and the change applies automatically.

Mobile

Clearer Sign-In with Phone (OTP) Messages and Registration Guidance

Guests who sign in with a phone number that is not linked to an account now see a clearer message explaining why a code may not arrive. Guests whose phone number belongs to an unregistered account are now taken to the registration screen instead of seeing an "Invalid Code" error. A Cancel option has also been added to the alert, so guests can dismiss it and continue from where they were. These changes bring sign-in with phone in the app in line with the guest website.

POS

Zero-Amount Loyalty Tender

Fixes a Connexus rewards request that failed when a loyalty reward tender had a zero amount. Applied automatically; no merchant configuration or upgrade step is required.
