New Features

  • The Google Analytics SDK is now available in the branded apps. You can now gain greater insight into how guests are using your iOS and Android apps. This powerful addition allows you to track what screens guests are visiting in the app, the length of a typical user session, and more.
  • The branded app tracks every session, providing insights into the length of in-app transactions and the overall time guests spend interacting with the app. With screen tracking in the branded app, you can determine which screens are the most popular.

  • Campaign emails are now sent to your most engaged guests first, as determined by their email open frequency and visit history. This change helps your emails land in the inbox more often so you can keep in touch with your guests. Best of all, this is now standard functionality and no setup is required!

Fixes

  • New fixes ensure that rewards are being handled appropriately in the leap year. We’ve enhanced our “Forgot Visit Code” logic for Aloha and Micros customers to accommodate guests who received a code on 2/29/20. This enhancement enables guests to redeem their codes and earn credit for their visits. Additionally, a change was made to avoid duplicate emails and rewards being received as a result of the leap year.
  • A new fix ensures that target-and-control allocations persist when you save a campaign as a draft before sending.
