Messaging
Mobile Message Creator & Editor
You can now build, manage, and send Push, Pull, and SMS campaigns entirely within Messaging — no need to switch between systems. The new mobile message library gives you a single place to author and organize all your mobile messages, with full support for previewing, editing, duplicating, versioning, hiding, and deleting messages. Once your messages are ready, you can attach them to campaigns and send tests directly from within Messaging.
Migrate Mobile Messages from Paytronix
Existing Push and Pull messages created in Paytronix can now be migrated directly into Messaging with a single click. Simply open the message in your Paytronix library and select Migrate to Evo Messaging — your message will be brought across and available in your Messaging library, ready to use in new campaigns.
SMS Send Test
You can now send a test SMS directly from the Messaging SMS editor before publishing, making it easier to verify content and formatting before a campaign goes out. Open an SMS message in the Message Library and select Send Test to send to a specified phone number.
Split Test Sample Size Guidance
Setting up a Split Test is now clearer and more intuitive. The Sample Size field now includes a tooltip explaining what it does, and a visual distribution graphic shows how your audience will be divided between variants — so you can configure your test with confidence before sending.
Gift Card Sales Feed Alerts
You can now receive an alert when monthly gift card sales change significantly, helping you identify a decline early or respond to a seasonal increase. The alert compares the current month's sales with the previous month and reports whether sales increased or decreased and by what percentage.

In-App Click to Load Events (NextGen App)
You can now reward guests who show up to your app — guests see a "Load Reward" button on their dashboard and must tap it to claim, driving intentional engagement on your own channel. Set it up entirely in Mobile Experience Builder with no engineering work required. App version 26.26 or later is required — contact your rep to request an update.
Dashboard Preview (NextGen App)
You can now see exactly how your dashboard looks in a mobile frame before anything goes live, so you can publish with confidence. Dashboard Preview is available directly inside Mobile Experience Builder — no app update needed.
Sign-In / Sign-Up Page Scheduling (NextGen App)
You can now control the hero images on your app's Sign-In and Sign-Up pages, keeping your first impression tied to a current promotion or season. Schedule images with active and expiration dates in Mobile Experience Builder and they rotate automatically. This feature requires an app update released after August 27, 2026 — contact your account team to request it.
Altria 21+ Page Consolidation (NextGen App)
You can now configure all Altria and age-restricted content — including your P+ Feed, Everyday Loyalty offers, Segmented Offers, and Kupon Media Frame — from a single 21+ Page in Mobile Experience Builder. This is available in MXB now.
Loyalty
Apple Pass Messages from Guest Messaging Rules
Guest Messaging Rules can now send transactional messages to a guest's Apple Pass when points or rewards change, keeping guests informed of loyalty activity beyond campaign-only messaging. Configure the message as an action within a Guest Messaging Rule — Apple Pass messaging must be enabled for your account.
Accessibility Improvements for Guest Websites
Guest Website navigation and form feedback are now more consistently exposed to assistive technologies, making registration and enrollment easier to complete with a screen reader. Improvements apply automatically to supported Guest Website themes — no configuration required.
Charitable Organization Page Consolidation
Charitable Organization and Charitable Organization Program administration are now combined into one page with one navigation entry, reducing confusion when managing charitable giving settings. Open the Charitable Organization page from your navigation — no migration or configuration is required.
Access Identity Sign-In and Sign-Out Improvements
Signing out of Access Evo now also signs you out of the related Paytronix experience, and sign-in and sign-out terminology is used consistently across the platform. Users are less likely to encounter confusing login errors when their session expires or changes.
CDP Consent Suppression
Campaigns using CDP-sourced external recipients now use consent signals from the source system when deciding whether a recipient should receive an email, helping you apply consent preferences consistently across connected systems. This applies automatically to campaigns using CDP segments that include consent signals.
Wallet Safety Warning
Paytronix now displays a warning when an administrator saves a wallet specification with a fixed balance amount, helping prevent accidental reward or discount issuance. The warning requires acknowledgment before saving — no configuration is required.
SMS Opt-Out Handling
Fixed an issue with SMS opt-out handling when a carrier or SMS provider could not deliver a message.
Campaign Image Handling
Fixed an issue with campaign images, including images used by copied message templates.
Reward Image and Wallet Editing
Fixed reward image and wallet-editing scenarios that could produce invalid-wallet errors.
