Loyalty Rewards Now Auto-Apply at Checkout in Toast
Guests using Toast POS can now have eligible rewards automatically applied at checkout with no cashier intervention or guest selection required. This creates a faster, more seamless experience at the point of sale and reduces the chance a reward gets missed during a transaction. Rewards not set up for auto-apply will continue to work exactly as they do today.

Increased Character Limit for Wallet Descriptions
The wallet description field in Wallet Manager now supports up to 1,500 characters. This gives you more flexibility to craft clear, detailed reward descriptions for your guests without having to trim your content to fit.
Edit Action Button Restored for Wallet Adjustment Groups
The Edit button in the Wallet Adjustment Groups list was not appearing, leaving merchants unable to make changes to their configurations. This has been resolved so you can now access and edit your wallet adjustment groups as expected.
Loyalty Reward Reversals on Toast Now Resolved
Approved loyalty rewards on Toast were occasionally being unexpectedly reversed during the redemption process due to a system error. This has been resolved and transactions are now completing as expected.
Combo Rewards Now Apply When Items Are Already Discounted
Combo rewards that reduce an item to a fixed price will now correctly apply when items are already discounted — as long as your Loyalty program is configured to allow it. Guests will receive the intended reward at checkout without any additional setup required on your end.

Support for Multiple Altria P+ Offers
You can now access and redeem multiple Altria P+ offers on your account through the mobile app. This update aligns with recent changes from Altria, enabling their accounts to hold more than one P+ offer at the same time.
