Auto-Conversion Rewards Program — Now Fully Configurable

You can now set up and manage an Auto-Conversion rewards program directly within the Rewards Hub. If your program is currently using a basic setup, you'll be guided through a simple step-by-step onboarding flow to choose your rewards structure — either Bankable Points or Auto-Conversion. With Auto-Conversion, you can select a reward, define the points threshold that triggers a conversion, and configure multiple conversion tiers in an easy-to-read table. Before anything saves, you'll have a chance to review and confirm your settings, and the app will prevent you from accidentally overwriting an existing configuration.

Updates & Fixes

Loyalty

Faster Load Times for Active Rewards Data

The Active Rewards table now loads your reward definitions and statistics at the same time, rather than waiting for everything to finish before showing anything. You'll see your rewards list appear right away, with stats like active balances, total redeemed, and redemption rate filling in as they load — no more staring at a loading screen.

More Reliable Data Loading on Unstable Connections

The Rewards Hub now automatically retries failed data requests before showing an error. This means users on slower or less reliable connections are less likely to see incomplete or missing information when the Rewards Hub first loads.

Removed "Average Dollar Spent" Column from Active Rewards Table

This metric was no longer being calculated by the system, so the column was removed to avoid confusion. Your Active Rewards table will no longer show this field.

Web Order Lookup Now Shows Order Source

The Web Order Lookup page now includes an Order Source field, allowing CSR users to see where a web order originated such as the Guest Website or a third-party integration. This gives your customer service team the context they need to better assist guests when researching order inquiries.

Messaging

Send Google Wallet Notifications via Campaign Center

You can now include a Google Wallet message when building a campaign in Campaign Center, allowing guests with a saved Google Wallet pass to receive a lock screen notification when a campaign runs. The message field supports up to 500 characters and is tied to the Push Google Wallet Balance toggle, ensuring notifications are always paired with a real pass update.

Mobile

Improved In-App navigation for Reset Password (NextGen App)

When a guest requests a password reset email in the app, they are now automatically brought back to the login screen once the request is submitted. This removes any uncertainty about whether the request went through, making the experience feel more natural and intuitive. Guests can proceed straight to their inbox to complete the reset without any confusion about what to do next.

Rate Limiting Notifications (NextGen App)

Guests who enter an incorrect password five times will now see a prompt encouraging them to reset their password before being locked out of their account. This gives guests a clear heads-up and an easy path forward, rather than being cut off without explanation. If a guest does get locked out, the app now shows a distinct message so they know their access has been temporarily limited.
