  • Do you have a recurring campaign that should expire at the end of the execution day? You can now set a “0 day” expiration date using Campaign Builder. Recurring Campaign _Expiration
  • Users who take advantage of Apple’s Dark Mode device settings will have an even better mobile experience. The branded iOS app now supports Dark Mode.
  • Sign-in with Apple is now available in the branded app, providing guests with an easier way to log in.
  • Users who upgraded their device to the iPhone 11 Pro will have an even better mobile experience. The branded iOS app is now compatible with the latest iOS device.
  • We now offer the option of adding a passcode to the user profile for some c-store customers. Updates

  • Gift card graphs have been repointed to a new data source and now run faster.
  • Several standard Analytics dashboards are running on a new platform, including the Enrollement Detail and Spend by Time of Day dashboards. These standard dashboards now take a quarter of the time to load - don't blink or you'll miss it!
  • Merchants can now layer a check-level BOGO reward on top of one or more item-level discounts. The option is available to all merchants using the check service.
  • It’s easy to fly through a campaign setup, but guests shouldn’t ever receive a click-to-load email without an offer. Thanks to added logic, Campaign Builder prompts users to attach an offer to any click-to-load campaign prior to publishing.
  • Analytics tools can be viewed in full-screen mode by clicking the expanding arrows on the top right of a dashboard or analyzer. There’s no longer any need to collapse the navigation.

Full Screen _Analytics

  • The branded app now supports the latest Popdeem SDK version (1.2.55).

  • Updates to the “Locations” screen in branded apps make it easier for guests to find a store near them. They are also able to determine which locations offer ordering ahead and delivery.

  • No funny characters here! Use smart quotes in Email Builder and your email will be viewed the way it was intended.

  • Menu items have a standard image size across the branded apps for both Android and iOS, making them look the same on any mobile device.

  • Guests are now able to easily view their reward dollar balance in the mobile ordering redemption flow.

  • The branded Android app is now compatible with the latest OS version (Pie).

Fixes

  • If an “Approved” email in Email Builder is edited, it will now go back to the “Draft” state to be reviewed again. Don’t forget to approve changes so emails can be used in future campaigns!

Approval _Email Builder

  • It is now easier to upload custom segments in Campaign Builder using Internet Explorer.
  • It’s now simple for health-conscious guests to know exactly how many calories are in a dish. With the latest update to the branded app, that information appears next to each item’s price.
