New Features

A new user’s report lets you monitor and audit existing Paytronix users for your merchant.

Guests can retroactively earn points for orders placed through Order & Delivery prior to joining loyalty. The callout has also been made customizable, so you can now provide additional incentives for conversion (e.g., earn a registration reward of 50 points).

A new filter for order source has been added to the Order & Delivery detail and sales reports to allow for more granular segmentation on orders placed via third-party sites, such as Google, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grubhub.

There is auto-syncing of menu prices between POSitouch and Order & Delivery, ensuring that the backend menu always reflects the in-store price.

Order & Delivery coupons can now be copied instead of needing to be created each time, which greatly simplifies the process.

The printer SDK on the Order & Delivery tablet now offers better support for Epson printers.

The image resizer for menu items in Order & Delivery provides better image compression and enables faster load times across web and mobile, giving guests a better user experience.

Order & Delivery will now overwrite Google tax calculations prior to guest checkout if there’s a discrepancy, ensuring that the POS and guest check display the same tax amounts.

Additional filtering lets you define the recipients of offline notifications when a store stops connecting to Order & Delivery.

After an Order & Delivery tablet loses power, a reboot no longer requires logging out and logging back in.

The following fixes have been made to the branded app:

  • The feedback function has been repaired for apps using Olo.
  • Coding changes ensure that categories are displaying the correct images.
  • An issue that was preventing saved credit card information from appearing has been resolved.

A modification prevents double payment for gift cards in Brink when the order is sent to the POS from Order & Delivery.

The newly rewritten Revel integration now enables proper modifier insertion.

Transparency on uploaded header images in Firefox is now respected in Order & Delivery.
