POS Type in Order Context

The POS type is now included in the order context alongside the order source, restaurant name, and merchant name. When viewing order details, you can reference the specific POS type linked to each order for improved visibility during troubleshooting.

Wootric Feedback Integration in Online Ordering

Wootric integration enables in-app customer feedback collection directly within the Online Ordering interface. After an order is placed, you are presented with a brief survey to share your experience, allowing you to provide immediate feedback without leaving the application. This update records responses securely and anonymously, helping improve future online ordering interactions.

Toast POS: Separate Dining Option for Marketplace Delivery Orders

Marketplace delivery orders (where DoorDash or Uber Eats drivers handle delivery) now use the provider-specific delivery dining option in Toast POS settings, if one is configured. When an order with handoff_fulfillment_type = marketplace_delivery is sent, Toast POS selects the delivery dining option for that provider. Marketplace pickup orders (handoff_fulfillment_type = guest_pickup) continue to use the takeout dining option. If a delivery dining option is not set, the order falls back to the takeout dining option.

Fix for Invalid parentLineId with Catalogued Modifiers in NCR BSP Integration

Catalogued modifiers now set parentLineId directly if the parent is missing, preventing item add failures.

UberEats Marketplace Order Cancellation Fix

Cancellations for UberEats marketplace orders now use valid enum values for the required reason field.

DoorDash Nested Size Option Group Name Mapping

Orders with nested size options from DoorDash now correctly map option group names regardless of size suffix.

Correct Price Display for Size-Specific Option Costs

Option prices now display the correct size-based extra cost when multiple sizes are configured.

Bank account payment address fields added to billing page

Address fields (Street Address, City, State, Postal Code) now appear when you select Bank Account.
