New Features

Loyalty

Single Message Campaign Support in Evo Messaging

You can now publish single message campaigns directly from the Evo Messaging App. A new dedicated EvoMessage service and the publishSingleMessage endpoint have been introduced to enable this functionality.

Redesigned Store Connectivity Page

The Store Connectivity page now features a redesigned layout with updated visuals and clearer organization. You can view connection status, recent sync activity, and configuration settings at a glance. All controls have been reorganized for easier navigation, and visual indicators highlight connection issues and successful sync events.

SMS OTP Login on Guest Website

You can now log in to the Guest Website and Guest Website Admin pages using an SMS one-time password (OTP). After entering your mobile number, a unique OTP is sent via SMS. Entering this OTP gives you access without requiring a password.

Mobile

Password-Free Login with SMS OTP (NextGen App)

Your guests can now log in without remembering a password. They can request a one-time passcode sent via SMS to their phone for quick, secure access to their account. This feature is available when you're using Paytronix messaging.

App Version Number in Side Drawer (NextGen App)

The app version number now appears at the bottom of the side drawer. When your guests contact you about app issues, ask them for this version number—it helps us troubleshoot more effectively.

Mobile Experience Builder: Small Image Carousel Component (NextGen App)

You can now add a small image carousel to your Dashboard—perfect for promoting secondary offers that deserve attention but don't need the full spotlight of your hero carousel. This compact option lets you highlight additional promotions while keeping the same interactive carousel functionality, giving you more flexibility in how you prioritize your marketing content.

Updates & Fixes

Loyalty

Eclub Edit Profile Button Restored

The Edit Profile button for Eclub now correctly opens the Eclub form with all fields populated for users with a valid email. Previously, clicking the button resulted in a "failed to perform operation" error for multiple merchants. This behavior has been fixed so you are able to access and update your Eclub profile as intended.

Improved Wallet Sorting and Identification in Reward Ordering

The wallet selection dropdown in the reward ordering interface now sorts wallets alphabetically by name and displays wallet IDs alongside wallet names. You can easily identify and select the correct wallet, even in large lists. The search functionality in the dropdown also allows you to quickly filter wallets by name or ID as you type.

Improved Email Sending for Free Items on eGift Orders

Free Item emails associated with eGift orders are now sent even if the free item does not have a registration code. Previously, these emails would fail due to a remote call issue when a reg code was missing from the free item.

Mobile

Mobile Experience Builder: Image Day and Time Availability Selection (NextGen App)

You can now control exactly when carousel images appear in your app. Set specific days of the week and times of day for each image, so your guests only see relevant offers when you want them to. By default, images display all week, all day—but you have full control to customize this.

Mobile Experience Builder: Enhanced Point Tracker Display Options (NextGen App)

The Point Tracker component now offers flexible display layouts. You can choose to use the standard progress bar, or display wallet progress with custom brand imagery.

Mobile Experience Builder: Recharge & Forgot Card Pages in App Navigation (NextGen App)

Your guests can now tap images in the app that take them directly to the Recharge or Forgot Card pages—making it easier for them to manage their accounts without hunting through menus.

Preloading OXB Location URL for Faster Navigation (NextGen App)

Your guests will experience faster load times when accessing online ordering from the side drawer or bottom navigation. The app now preloads the ordering experience in the background as soon as the dashboard opens, so when your guests tap to order, everything loads instantly.

Feedback Section Visibility Respects Online Ordering Settings (NextGen App)

The Feedback section on the Order Placed screen now automatically shows or hides based on your online ordering settings. If guest feedback collection is enabled, your guests will see it. If it's disabled, they won't—keeping the experience clean and consistent with your preferences.

Curbside Call Store Button Uses Online Ordering General Settings Phone Number (NextGen App)

When your guests tap "Call Store" during curbside pickup, they'll now reach the phone number you've set in your Order & Delivery General Settings (not the PXS store list number). This ensures calls go to the right place, on both the Order Placed and Order Summary screens.

Updated Header Banner in Embedded OXB (NextGen App)

The mobile app header banner no longer appears in the embedded online ordering experience. Your guests now see just the OXB navbar, eliminating duplicate headers and giving them more screen space for browsing your menu.

Favorite Store Selection UI Improvements (NextGen App)

When your guests select their favorite store, the selected store name now appears centered in the picker, creating a more balanced and intuitive selection experience.
