New Features

Loyalty

Developer Documentation: New autoRechargeEnable Error Response

The developer documentation now includes details on the new autoRechargeEnable error response. You can reference updated error codes and descriptions when integrating with the API.

API Documentation: Updates for SMS Verification in Enrollment Service

The enrollment service API documentation now includes fields and possible error responses related to SMS verification. You can reference data requirements and error cases for SMS verification directly within the updated enrollment endpoint documentation.

Enforcement of Unique Mobile Number for SMS Enrollment Verification

SMS enrollment verification on the Guest Website now requires the unique mobile phone number setting to be enabled. This ensures that SMS enrollment verification only triggers when unique mobile numbers are enforced.

Messaging

DoorDash Drive and Uber Direct Link Parameters in Email Builder

You can now insert DoorDash Drive and Uber Direct delivery tracking links directly into order confirmation emails created with the Email Builder. Use dedicated parameters to add unique tracking URLs to email templates, allowing guests to receive the correct tracking information automatically in their confirmation messages.

Mobile

Configurable Text for Email/Phone In-Use Pop-Up (Next Gen App)

You can now configure the messaging for the email or phone number in-use pop-up during registration. The text, previously hardcoded, is available as a new parameter so you can customize instructions or warnings based on your requirements. This change applies specifically to the pop-up message that appears when a user attempts to register with an email or phone number already associated with an existing account.

Expiring Points Display in Dropdown (Next Gen App)

Loyalty points with assigned expiration dates now appear in the expiring points dropdown view. You can see the specific points and their expiration dates listed in the dropdown, alongside their presence in your main account balance. This matches the display format of reward items with expiration dates and helps you track which points are set to expire.

Feedback Section Visibility Respects Online Ordering Settings (Next Gen App)

The Feedback section in the Order Placed screen now follows your online ordering configuration, automatically showing or hiding the section based on whether guest feedback collection is enabled or disabled in your store settings. Any values within the Feedback section are also governed by these settings.

Updated Header Banner in Embedded OXB (Next Gen App)

The header banner from the mobile app is no longer displayed in the embedded OXB experience. You now only see the built-in OXB navbar, ensuring all content remains accessible without unnecessary duplication or extra space at the top.

Optimized Order Loading on Locations Page (Next Gen App)

The locations page now loads only a limited number of your most recent orders to determine your last ordered location, instead of retrieving your entire order history. This reduces page load time for users with a large number of orders. The order history page continues to display all orders but now supports pagination, allowing you to load additional orders incrementally as needed.

Favorite Store Multi-Select in Image Component (Next Gen App)

The Favorite Store filter in the Image Component now supports selecting multiple stores instead of just one. When configuring an image, you can choose several locations from the Favorite Store dropdown. The image will be shown to users only if their favorite store matches any of the selected stores. If a user's favorite store is not among your selected locations, the image will not be displayed for them.

Image Carousel Automatic Rotation with Custom Interval (Next Gen App)

The image carousel now rotates images automatically based on a customizable time interval, removing the need for manual swiping. You can adjust this interval to your preference. Automatic rotation only occurs when there is more than one applicable image in the carousel.

Updates & Fixes

Gift

Stored Value Store Activity Detail Report Loading Issue

You can now successfully run the Stored Value Store Activity Detail Report for extended date ranges without the report stalling or failing to load. Previous issues where the report would remain stuck at initial loading steps have been resolved.

Sender Identifier Updates for eGift Orders

When you change the sender email on the Web Order lookup page, the sender identifier now updates automatically on all associated web sale order items. This ensures that eGift emails are sent to the correct, most recent sender email address.

Card Number Input Field Interaction Fixed on eGift Checkout

The credit card number input on the eGift purchase page now responds to clicks across the entire field. You can place your cursor and type in any area of the card number input, regardless of country selection, without encountering blocked or unresponsive sections.

Messaging

Improved Campaign Details Page Performance for Large Campaigns

The Campaign Details page now loads less data when viewing campaigns that have hundreds or thousands of occurrences. Instead of loading all campaign occurrences at once, the page fetches a more limited dataset to reduce memory usage and prevent performance issues when opening multiple campaigns in several browser tabs simultaneously.

Mobile

Location Filter Metric Value Adjustment (Next Gen App)

The location filter pop-up no longer causes a decrease to the default metric value when you select Apply or Cancel. The default metric value now remains unchanged after these actions.

Curbside Call Store Button Uses O&D General Settings Phone Number (Next Gen App)

When you are completing a Curbside pickup order, the Call Store button now uses the phone number from the General Settings in Order and Delivery instead of the number from the PXS store list. This change applies to both the Order Placed and Order Summary screens, ensuring that calls are directed to the number set in Online Ordering General Settings.

Consistent Item Component Display Across Online and App (Next Gen App)

Items now display the same set of components across both the online platform and the app.

Fix for Android Navigation Bar Overlap (Next Gen App)

On Galaxy Z Fold7 devices running Android 16, the system navigation bar no longer overlaps the app’s bottom navigation. The layout now properly accommodates the device’s navigation bar, preserving visibility and functionality of all bottom navigation elements.
