GTM Revenue Handling Improvement

GTM Revenue values sent with events are now correctly processed and displayed in reports. Previously, provided revenue values appeared as 0 in analytics due to a parsing issue, but all valid amounts are now imported without loss of data.

Cross-Sell Success Reporting

You can now view cross-sell performance metrics at the Opportunity x Strategy level. The report displays the average check-size for each opportunity-strategy combination, providing a clear breakdown of results across your portfolio.

Intercom Integration

You can now access Intercom within OO for real-time customer support chat and guided product walkthroughs. The integration provides direct connections to our customer support team and onboarding resources from anywhere in the product interface

Refund Messaging for Uncaptured Payments

Refund error messages now clarify when an order cannot be refunded due to an uncaptured payment.

Order Confirmation Fields Visibility Fixed

Order Confirmation-related fields on the Tablet Settings page now remain visible after saving changes.

OXB Catering Menu Item Display Correction

The menu item now displays names and modifier images correctly.

Restriction on Editing Square-Synced Tax Rates

You cannot modify tax rates that are imported from Square when tax sync is enabled.
