Tax Remittance Support for Marketplace Management Orders via NCR Aloha

When Marketplace Management orders are sent to NCR Aloha through a tax-exempt order channel and a $0 tax amount is specified, taxes may still be applied by NCR. Recent tests confirm this behavior, even though clients have reported successful tax exemption with other setups. Ongoing discussions and previous efforts with NCR to enable proper tax remittance for these orders continue, as referenced in system records and communications.

Custom Sort Order for Tagged Items in Dynamic Categories

You can now specify a custom sort order for items within dynamic categories populated by tags. When managing tagged items, choose the order in which they appear inside each dynamic category to match your preferred arrangement.

Coupon and Comp Card Field Added to Payment Page (Mobile View)

In the mobile view of Lily, the Coupon and Comp Card field now appears directly on the payment page instead of after payments. This adjustment provides access to Coupon and Comp Card entry at the same step as payment selection and processing.

Vertical Menu Scroll

A vertical menu scroll is now supported for the category bar at the top of the page. As you scroll through the content, the current category in the menu remains highlighted, letting you know where you are. Selecting a category in the top bar moves the view directly to that category’s section.

Standardized Modals, Forms, and Inputs

All modals, forms, and input fields now use a unified design system and consistent styling across the application. You will notice updated spacing, labels, button placements, and input field appearances, creating a cohesive experience whenever interacting with dialog windows or submitting forms.

Order Flow Report: Threshold Alerts

You can now set custom threshold alerts for each key step in the Order Flow report. When the percentage of issues like Validation Rejected, Submission Error, or Processing Errors exceeds your specified threshold at any stage, an automatic alert email is sent to your chosen recipients. Thresholds and email addresses are configurable per category, and checks run every 30 minutes to ensure prompt notifications.

Correct Delivery Fee Display for ezCater Orders

The Delivery Fee for ezCater orders now displays without including the ezDispatch Charge in PX.

Larger Billing Detail Fields on Payment Page

Billing detail fields on the payment page now display in a larger, easier-to-read layout.

Dollar Sign Added to Price Range Menu Items

Menu items that display price ranges now include a dollar sign before each price.

Improved Menu Search Consistency on Mobile

Menu search on mobile now displays the search field correctly and returns relevant results.

Location Finder: Resolves Multiple Search Clicks Needed to Show All Locations

You can now set the end date to match the start date for single-day item availability.
