New Features Online Ordering

Start Reward Flow with Combo-Only Items

You can now initiate the reward flow for offers that include combo-only items, such as a "Birthday Reward" with a "Make it Combo" options . The reward flow section is hidden when the "Show Applicable Rewards" setting is disabled.

Segment Analytics Integration for OXB Ordering Frontend

You can now connect Segment Analytics to the OXB ordering frontend, in addition to the existing Google Tag Manager integration. Segment is initialized based on new configuration fields for each restaurant or at the app level, and sends all e-commerce and user authentication events to Segment using its standard e-commerce event specification. Attribution data, including UTM parameters and session details, is transmitted with each event. The integration supports methods for all currently tracked events, and event names are mapped to Segment’s standard format. Segment's Analytics.js library is loaded alongside existing tracking scripts.

Expanded Cross-sell Success Metrics

You can now view additional charts in cross-sell success reporting, including metrics beyond average check-size dollars. This update surfaces more comprehensive data, giving you deeper visibility into cross-sell performance through a variety of key metrics displayed in dedicated charts.

Direct Submission of DoorDash Support Cases Restored for 3PD Orders

You can once again submit a support case directly to DoorDash Drive for third-party delivery order issues from the Order Details page. Selecting the ‘Open a Support Request With DoorDash Drive’ button automatically includes your relevant account and order information with the case, eliminating the need for manual entry.

Approximate Time Display for ASAP Orders

The checkout page for ASAP orders now shows the estimated lead time that the restaurant will need to prepare your order. This provides a clear estimate of how long it will take before your order is ready for pickup or delivery.

Unified Select Component

A single, streamlined Select component now replaces several variations previously used across the product. This unified component supports all core selection types and appearance options, ensuring consistent behavior and visuals in dropdown menus, multi-select lists, and filter use cases.
