New Features Online Ordering

Filter Restaurants by Enterprise Settings Manager Store Group

You can now filter restaurants based on ESM store groups in the directory view. This enhancement gives you the ability to narrow down your search by specific groups of stores, providing more targeted results tailored to your needs. Accessible in the directory filter options, this feature ensures you find precisely the restaurant categories you're interested in.

Post-sale Cross-Sell

The new post-sale cross-sell feature allows you to recommend additional items or services to clients after they have submitted an order. Designed to enhance offer uptake, this functionality provides targeted suggestions based on the client's purchase, promoting relevant products that complement their original order. Customize the recommendations to align with your inventory and client's preferences, optimizing the chance of further engagement post-purchase.

Make store list downloadable as CSV

With the new feature allowing the store list to be downloadable as a CSV file, you can now easily export and save your store data for offline access. This addition provides a seamless method to compile your store information into a manageable format, perfect for viewing or sharing with colleagues. Initiate the download directly from the store list view with a single click, ensuring you have the data you need right at your fingertips in an organized and accessible form.

Saved Views

The Saved Views feature enables you to preserve your customized column and sort/filter settings on any page, which can be named and revisited. Save your preferred setups for quick access, ensuring a consistent and tailored experience each time you return. By saving your views, you can effortlessly restore your settings without the need to reconfigure them whenever you need them again.

Updated Lead Times Feature Descriptions

For new merchants, the description for the "Enable Additive Timing" option has been clarified. References to "old timing features" have been removed to avoid confusion, making it easier to understand for those new to the onboarding flow. This change ensures that merchants receive relevant information without unnecessary or unclear references.

Quick View Cards in the New Store List Feature

Quick View cards introduce an efficient way for you to interact with essential setups and management tasks through personalized, easy-to-access dashboards. The feature encompasses four tailored views: POS Setup, Payments Setup, 3rd Party Delivery Setup, and Marketplace Management, each offering a unique perspective on different operations. By selecting any Quick View, you receive real-time notifications on relevant data changes. Additionally, you can customize the columns in these views to suit your needs, except for the Default View, ensuring the information you need is front and center whenever you access your store list.
