The custom photo submission feature on menu items now includes email functionality. After placing an order for a custom cake, you automatically receive the submission photo via email, either as a link or an attachment. This enhancement ensures that your custom cake images are readily available for store use, facilitating printing and preparation.
Applicable Rewards Mode
If a reward becomes unavailable between selection and redemption, the applicable rewards mode now automatically removes the ineligible reward from your selections. This enhancement prevents repeated errors when reattempting to apply the reward, by ensuring only eligible rewards remain selected, thereby improving the redemption experience without manual deselection.
Enhanced Order Injection to Xenial
Xenial integration for order injection now includes additional customer information, aligning online and in-store order data. You'll now see the loyalty_card_number field sent with online orders to match in-store loyalty reporting. This enhancement ensures consistent customer data across both channels, reflecting more detailed loyalty information akin to what is available for in-store orders.
Visual Differentiation for Unmapped and Open Items in ezCater
Enhancements have been made to the way unmapped and open items are displayed within ezCater. On both the order details page and within order email communications with merchants, these items now have a distinct visual appearance. This change allows you to easily identify items that have not yet been categorized or completed, making it simpler to manage orders and communications efficiently.
