Post Sale Cross Sell OXB

Introducing Post Sale Cross Sell OXB, designed to enhance your after-sale experience. This feature automatically suggests complementary products to your buyers post-purchase, based on their initial order. You can now benefit from personalized recommendations that aim to increase customer satisfaction and revenue by highlighting additional relevant items. To activate, simply navigate to your sale settings and enable post-sale recommendations, allowing the system to seamlessly suggest products to customers after they complete their purchase.

Merchant-Level Access to /setup/toast and /setup/aloha Pages

The /setup/toast and /setup/aloha pages are now accessible at the merchant level through the front-end UI, enabling merchants to directly connect their Toast and Aloha sites with Paytronix. This enhancement allows for the automatic import of site data into Paytronix without the need for consultant assistance, supporting a fully self-service process for SMB launches. This accessibility alteration addresses the unique setup requirements of Toast and Aloha POS systems, facilitating smoother integration and onboarding within Paytronix Online Ordering.

Improved "Back to PXS" Button Visibility

In response to client feedback about difficulty navigating back to PXS after a UI update, the "Back to PXS" button is now enhanced with a tooltip. This popup clearly indicates its function, ensuring users recognize the button's purpose and location for seamless navigation.

Enhanced Navigation to Loyalty Website

You can now access the PXS guest loyalty website more easily from within the Online Ordering system. A new feature adds a prominent custom link to the top-level navigation, allowing guests with loyalty programs like the "reward yourself" initiative to seamlessly navigate to the guest website without the need for multiple clicks or searching for hidden links. This update aims to enhance the user experience by providing direct access for loyalty point conversion, while also offering an ideal scenario where no additional login is required if navigating to myguestaccount pages.

Apple Pay Dependency Enhancement

Apple Pay settings are now unclickable unless configured, preventing activation errors at locations.

Cross-Store Coupon Restrictions

Coupons now require store affiliation to prevent issuing at non-applicable store locations.
