Location Results Display

The Mobile OXB location finder now ensures that search results are visible immediately after you perform a search. If the initial screen resolution would have hidden results below the fold, the page automatically scrolls or adjusts content at the top so that the list of locations is brought into view.

Single Menu Items for Multiple Sizes on Uber Eats

Items with multiple sizes are now grouped as a single menu item on Uber Eats. Instead of displaying separate entries for each size, you see one item with all available size options (for example, “Pizza” with size selections), making menus easier to browse and order from.

Streamlined Multi-Unit Merchant Onboarding for Paytronix in DSP

You can now onboard multiple merchant locations at once through Paytronix with a simplified deposit verification process. Multi-unit owners are able to complete verification using a single consolidated deposit for all units under the same account, eliminating repetitive steps and substantially reducing wait times for confirmation. Bulk onboarding workflows allow you to bring multiple restaurants online in a single streamlined flow without duplicate manual intervention for each unit.

Onboarding Survey: Delivery Type Informational Tooltips

The interstitial onboarding survey now includes informational tooltips that clarify the difference between Third-party Delivery and Marketplaces. When you hover over the info icon next to each delivery type, a description explains that Third-party Delivery refers to orders placed on your own website or app with fulfillment by partners like DoorDash Drive or Uber Direct, while Marketplaces refers to orders placed directly through marketplace websites or apps such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, or GrubHub.

Updated Survey Response Labels

The onboarding survey now includes updated wording for certain response options to improve clarity. When selecting your point-of-sale system, you will see the option labeled as “Aloha (NCR BSL)” instead of “NCR BSL.” For credit card processor selection, the option formerly labeled “POS Payments” now appears as “Toast Payments.”

Onboarding: Step-by-Step Help Article Links Added

Relevant help center article links are now available at each step of the SMB onboarding flow. You can quickly access documentation for enabling third-party delivery, configuring lead times, and using the Order Experience Builder directly from their respective onboarding screens.

POS Settings Added to Store Setup Tasks

POS Settings now appear as a required step in the Your Online Ordering Store Setup dropdown and progress bar. You will see POS Settings listed alongside other setup tasks to ensure all configuration steps are completed before going live. This change helps clarify which actions must be finished during onboarding, with your progress accurately reflecting the POS Settings task status.

Visibility and Loyalty Toggles in ESM Settings

You can now manage restaurant “visibility” and “loyalty” toggles directly within the ESM general settings for each location. This change removes these controls from the store list, making them available only on the relevant restaurant-level page in ESM for more streamlined configuration.

Option Images in EMM Editor

You can now manage option images as part of menu entities directly within the EMM editor. This update brings option image handling in line with other shared menu aspects, removing the need for a separate custom action to update stores. Editing or updating option images is now performed consistently for all menu configurations.

Default Modifier Pricing Update for Direct Delivery Orders

Default modifiers are no longer incorrectly charged on Direct Delivery orders from Toast POS locations.

Feed-o-meter Counter Hidden When Catering Headcount Disabled

The Feed-o-meter counter no longer appears when the "Enable Catering Headcount" option is unchecked.

Custom Delivery Menu URL Setting Fixed

You can now set a custom delivery menu URL in Menu/Checkout Settings and have it redirect correctly.

French Canadian Menu: Add to Cart Fix

You can now add items to the cart when viewing the menu in French Canadian translation.

Alcohol ABV and Category Fields Now Save Changes

You can now reliably save changes to Alcohol ABV and Alcohol Category fields in EMM Basemenu.

No Delivery Address Option Restored in Checkout

You can now complete orders without selecting a delivery address when this option is enabled.

Reject Out-of-Area Uber Orders

When Uber indicates a dropoff address is outside the delivery area, the order is now automatically rejected.
