Post-sale Cross-Sell Enhancements

Post-sale cross-sell enhancements enable automated customization of product recommendations immediately after a purchase is completed. You can configure dynamic product suggestion rules based on buyer's purchase history and cart contents, optimizing follow-on sales in real-time. Filter and manage rules within the updated admin panel, and monitor the impact of adjustments on cross-sell conversion rates through detailed analytics reports.

Recent Orders Enhancement

The app now displays the most recently ordered-from store at the top of your store list if you do not enable location services. This adjustment ensures a smoother experience by highlighting your previous choice, making it faster to access locations you frequent often.

EzCater Send Selected Default Mods as Double

Our latest update addresses how EzCater handles default modifications in orders. Previously, default mods were not inherently supported, leading to confusion or additional costs when users manually selected these defaults. With this enhancement, default mods are now always sent, and if users elect a default mod that incurs extra charges, it will be sent to the kitchen as a "double". This ensures guests receive the correct portions they've paid for, aligning expectations with final outputs.

Seamless Integration of Guest Loyalty Website Link in Online Ordering

The Online Ordering platform now includes a prominently placed link allowing you easy access to the guest loyalty website, such as myguestaccount.com, directly from within the ordering interface. This update simplifies the process for loyalty program members to navigate to the guest website and convert points into rewards. The link is accessible at the top level of the navigation without requiring additional login, enhancing your experience with seamless transition and accessibility.

Conditional Display of Payment Methods

The submit page now adjusts the display of payment methods when only one option is available. Instead of presenting it as a radio button, the single payment method is shown plainly, simplifying the checkout process when fewer choices need to be made.

Removal of Pass Markup Prices Setting After Disabling Sales Tax Overwrite

Disabling the Overwrite POS Sales Tax Calculation also unintentionally removes the Pass Markup Prices setting.

Order Lookup Enhancement

Order look-up by ID is no longer causing 504 Gateway Timeout errors, ensuring faster results.

Email Builder Order Confirmation

The updated order confirmation emails now send as expected from the Paytronix Email Builder.

Enhanced Survey Comment Capability

Guests can now comment on feedback for ratings above 3 stars in Paytronix surveys.
