Fallback to Non-AI Search

When AI-powered search queries return no results, the system now automatically attempts a non-AI search to improve the likelihood of finding relevant information. This seamless fallback ensures you continue to get the most accurate results possible irrespective of AI constraints.

Guest Lookup and Addition to Catering Orders

You can now easily look up existing guests and add them to a catering order, integrating them seamlessly into the process. Additionally, there’s the capability to add new guests and enable loyalty options for them as they are added. Search options include first name, last name, email address, and phone number, ensuring a flexible approach to guest management within your orders.

Display Payment Types on Confirmation Page

You can now see detailed payment information right on your order confirmation page. This enhancement adds clarity by displaying whether your order was paid using a credit card or a gift card, alongside the relevant logos or text. Previously, this information was only visible in the order details section, but it’s now conveniently displayed to avoid any ambiguity about the payment method used for your purchase.

Role Management for Call Center Operators

The new Role Management feature for store call center operators facilitates seamless management of user roles within the OO admin system. This feature integrates existing code to establish infrastructure specific to call center users, enabling them to log in and interact efficiently with the system. It includes logic for assigning and managing these operators across various restaurants and applications, ensuring their roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and easily adjustable.

Curbside Label Text Persistence

The Curbside label text now updates consistently across guest emails and tablets when modified.

Enhanced Catering Order Locking

The new update ensures catering orders with short lead times lock immediately on submission.

Order Payment on Paytronix not Matching Revel

A new update addresses an inconsistency where rewards weren't applied as expected in payments.

Order Rewards Retention Enhancement

Order rewards are now preserved when adding a new reward with a user ID.
