Pizza Picker Defaults Improvements

Addressed an issue where guests could deselect a topping for the whole pizza while the left and right halves remained selected, causing confusion. Now, if a topping is deselected for the whole pie, it will also be removed from the left and right halves to ensure consistent selections.

Hide Inactive Items in Submenu Editor

Enhance your submenu editing experience by hiding items that have been disabled in the parent submenu. This feature reduces clutter by only displaying relevant menu items and modifiers, making it easier to manage and update site-specific menus efficiently.

Order Lead Time by Current Volume

Online Ordering Receipts in Paytronix Loyalty Email Builder

We've integrated Online Ordering Receipts into the Paytronix Loyalty Email Builder, enabling your team to effortlessly generate and customize order confirmation emails. This ensures a seamless and efficient communication process between your business and customers, enhancing the overall online ordering experience. You must be using both Paytronix Loyalty and the Paytronix Online Ordering product for this feature to be available to you.

Update API for Multiple Menu Item Fetch

Our API now supports fetching multiple menu items in a single call, helping to avoid rate limiting issues. This update is particularly useful for handling large combos that include numerous individual items. Instead of fetching each item individually, you can now retrieve all necessary items with one request, ensuring a smoother and more efficient data retrieval process.

Enhanced Pizza Picker Logic

We have improved the functionality of the pizza picker to ensure that when a guest removes a default topping from half of their pie, the topping no longer appears as removed from the entire pizza. This adjustment prevents any confusion for operators, who might otherwise interpret the action as the guest removing the topping from the whole pie instead of just one half.

Enhanced POS-Driven Refund Webhook Handling

Improved handling for full refunds and voids via Revel's POS-driven webhooks. Full refunds will now be treated as order cancellations, with multiple partial refunds cumulatively considered. This update addresses potential concurrency issues by ensuring sequential refunds are processed accurately. Voids and refunds, especially for items voided and refunded in quick succession, will be managed to prevent double counting.

Updated Revel Connection Process

With Revel's new requirement for managing API credentials, we have removed the “Connect to Revel” button. To ensure secure and stable integration, API keys must now be managed by the Revel team. Additionally, you can manually enter the subdomain, API Key, and API Secret when provided by Revel. For API credential requests, email [email protected] with details about the integration, client environment, URL, and locations.

Resolved an issue where changes were not displayed when editing a menu item in the menu item audit.

Extended NCR Menu Sync Timeout

Resolved an issue where NCR menu sync operations would time out after 20 minutes, ensuring uninterrupted menu updates for all locations.

Translations Applied to Variable Content

Translations are now seamlessly applied to dynamic content, ensuring a consistent experience across different languages.

Enterprise Settings Management Changes Save/Publish Issue

Resolved an issue preventing users from saving or publishing Enterprise Settings Management changes, ensuring smooth translations across sites without encountering validation errors.

Cross-Sell Report Display Issue

Fixed an issue where the Cross-Sell report was not appearing in the Online Order Client Dashboard for certain clients with AI Cross-Sells enabled.

Fix for Incorrect Basket Value

Resolved an issue causing hidden values in multi-quantity combo items to display incorrect basket values in the app for All Option Credit, Selected Option Credit, and Free Options.
