Previously, the thumbs-up/down reaction was solicited with "Was this response helpful?" To encourage detailed feedback, we've modified the prompt to "Let us know how we did:". This change aims to gather more insightful responses and improve overall interaction quality.

Pre-Tax Application for Rewards in Commander POS

Introducing the ability to apply taxes on items within the Verifone Commander POS system before loyalty rewards are processed. This enhancement addresses certain states legal and reporting requirements crucial for their tobacco discount programs. By leveraging the “relive_tax” flag in the Commander integration, taxes can now be applied prior to discounts, aligning with compliance needs.
