New Features Online Ordering

Repositioned Tip and Custom Checkout Buttons

The checkout page now displays the tip component and custom checkout questions component above the payment information across all the Order Experience Builder designs. This change enhances user experience by highlighting these elements earlier in the checkout process, allowing customers to engage with them before entering their payment details.

 

Disable Loyalty Reward Redemption

Easily manage customer experience by disabling loyalty reward redemption in Order Experience Builder at selected stores. Businesses not utilizing PX Loyalty can now opt to remove all references to rewards, including sign-up and login options, with a simple new setting. Customize user interaction to align with your specific operational needs.

 

Flexible Tax Configuration for Delivery

Now you can configure tax settings for delivery, even if the delivery feature is disabled or is just being setup and configured in your system. This enhancement provides greater flexibility and ensures that your tax setup remains accurate and compliant, regardless of your current delivery settings.

Fixed Medium Combo Add-to-Cart Error

Resolved an issue where adding a combo to the cart resulted in an "Invalid size: Large (10 Slices)" error.

Enterprise Settings Manager Error Resolution

We have resolved an error preventing the ESM changes from being saved due to specific prep types settings. Users can now seamlessly make and save adjustments without encountering interruptions, ensuring smooth data management and workflow progression.

Dahlia Theme Capitalization Fixes

Resolved capitalization inconsistencies for the words "orders," "items," and "history" within the account dropdown and orders screen of the Dahlia theme.

Delivery Address Inclusion for Uber Eats Orders with Self-Delivery

Uber Eats order deliveries will now include customer addresses in the POS when stores opt for self-delivery, resolving previous delivery address errors.

Location Finder Enhancement

Resolved an issue where the location finder was not showing stores when searching by city name or ZIP code in the Dahlia theme.

Order Experience Builder Mobile View Special Instructions Bug Fixed

Resolved an issue on iPhone mobile view where entering special instructions would crash the app, returning users to the menu.

Combo Size Display Issue Resolved

At submenu sites, guests can now see all size options for combo items, ensuring a seamless ordering experience with visibility of pricing upcharges for different sizes.

Order Timing Capacity Enhancement

Resolved an issue where the pizza order system allowed more pizzas to be scheduled for preparation than the designated capacity settings permitted within a 15-minute timeframe.

Inaccurate Tax Calculation on Service Charge Rewards

Fixed an issue where the Free Delivery reward incorrectly influenced tax calculations, now ensuring tax is applied correctly when subtotal exceeds the discounted amount.

Improved Cart Access

The view cart button is now accessible immediately after adding an item, allowing for a smoother and more efficient checkout experience.

Square Delivery Receipt Time Display

Corrected the issue where delivery receipts and sticky labels did not display the due pick-up time, ensuring all scheduled and active orders provide clear pickup timing.
