New Features: Online Ordering

Add support for multi-level dependencies with DoorDash 

Multi-level dependencies for linked combos in Marketplace Management are now supported, addressing previous issues where items were being flagged and hidden from DoorDash. This enhancement ensures consistent operational efficiency and eliminates discrepancies, paving the way for smoother marketplace interactions. 

Client Migration Page for Lead Time/Order Throttling v2 

A seamless experience for clients to opt in to Leadtime v2, allowing them to configure their settings from scratch while we assist with pre-populated best guesses based on existing settings. Once submitted, Leadtime v2 settings will be activated. A self-service path is available for reverting to previous settings if needed. 

Marketplace Management: Add Markup and Tax Override for the CBS Integration 

We’ve enabled Markup and Tax Override settings within Marketplace Management, integrated with CBS. 

Implement Max Age Limit for Orders 

A max age limit of 2 years is now applied to orders, addressing the issue of orders older than 5-10 years being frequently updated.  

 

 
 
 

Updates & Fixes: Online Ordering

Unable to add a gift card at the checkout on the Lily theme 

Resolved an issue where customers were unable to add a gift card during checkout when using the Lily theme. 

Uncaptured Payment Order Was Completed 

Orders with uncaptured payments in Stripe are being completed and sent to the store, resulting in uncollected revenue and food costs. 

Square Additional Taxes Re-Sync on Menu Refresh 

Square will no longer override changes made to additional taxes upon a menu refresh, ensuring accurate testing and configuration. 

Fix for Error When Saving Mappings 

Resolved an issue where users encountered an input variable limit error when trying to save updates for category mappings. 

DoorDash V2 Supports a Delivery Service Provider (DSP) Sandbox 

Ensure sandboxed orders are supported by all DSPs to prevent real deliveries from being placed.
