New Features

For customers using Toast, your guests now have the ability to scan the barcode on the bottom of their receipt to get credit for past visits.

Login with Apple is now supported on the guest websites. Moving forward, guests can use Paytronix, Facebook, or Apple credentials to access their account.

Paytronix Order & Delivery is now integrated with Xpedient POS for order injection.

If you are using Yext to manage your store information, your days of updating multiple databases are over. Now, changes made to store hours, addresses, and phone numbers will be reflected on the mobile app. Contact your SC to get set up with Yext.

 
 
 

Updates

Paytronix has improved its reporting and dashboards to better categorize transactions for merchants with multiple POS systems. You’ll find it’s easier than ever to manage your store transactions through NCR Radiant and any other POS systems your brand might be running.

In an effort to improve the response time of the check-service API, a timing module has been created and installed so that check-service performance can be monitored.

Updates to Order & Delivery:

Menu syncing has been updated to apply edits across every location, making it easier to push menu changes to all of your stores.

An update ensures that taxes are handled appropriately with product-based and whole-check rewards.

For clients using Aloha order confirmation at the POS, the guest-facing error message has been updated so it’s clear when an order hasn’t been accepted.

 
 
 

Fixes

An adjustment to Order & Delivery for Toast ensures that comp dollars are properly processed when redeemed on a check.
