Security and Privacy

As your partner, we know how important data security is and we will continue to make changes like this to keep your data safe and secure.

PCI Compliance Updates

To keep up to date with the most recent PCI Compliance standards, TLS 1.0 support has been removed from our platform.

Cookie Policy for GDPR

To be compliant with GDRP, a cookie policy popup has been added to the bottom of all guest web pages and the merchant website.

Privacy Policy Link on Guest Webpages for GDPR

To be compliant with GDPR, a Privacy Policy link has been added to every Paytronix hosted guest-facing webpage.

Messaging

Expanded Account Filters for Geofence Campaigns

More robust filtering options are availabe for geofencing campaigns. You can now segment your guests using over 60 different filters such as when a reward is expiring or how many points they have on their account.

Click-to-LoadSM

Attibute guest visits to your messaging program. Guests are only given a reward when they click a link which adds it to their account.

Integrations

Apple Passbook Rewards Enrollment

With NFC loyalty, when an unenrolled guest taps to pay with Apple Pay, the system now recognizes when they are not a member and pushes a message to the guest's phone screen inviting the user to enroll in the program. If the guest selects, "yes", they will be taken through an enrollment flow that auto fills with their contact information that is stored in Apple Pay.

API

Online Order Accrual

Online Orders can now have the guest orders completed when the order is given to the customer which allows for the timing trigger that you rely on from your in-store orders.  This will allow your experience surveys, and guest notifications to be delivered to the guest at the most relevant moment.

Transaction History Requests

Transaction History calls were set up to return an account's entire transaction history as the default setting. These resource-heavy calls will now default to a 60-day response whenever a request's date range is not defined.

Track Spending by POS Category

For integrations that use our check service, we’ve added more data points you can use to learn about your guests, including the ability to track a guest’s spending in specific categories.  Use this information to know what the most relevant offer for each guest is, as well as analyzing a categories performance between loyalty and non-loyalty members.

C-Store Rewards

Member Pricing

Convenient stores can now give their loyalty customers everyday low prices just for using their loyalty account.  Fountain drinks, coffees, or any other items in your store can have a standing discount that will help attract customers to your program.

Improvements for Front Line Staff

Registrationg Date Viewable for Front Line Staff

Front line staff can now see the date of when a loyalty member they are serving registered for the program.

Guest Account Notes

We’ve added endpoints to “view”, “add”, and “delete” notes for a guest’s account.  Your front-line staff can now leave and review notes on a guest’s account to have a better understanding of their past experiences with your brand.

Web Card Sales

Web Card Sales Features

We've made it easier for guests to order gift cards online. We implemented a one-click button to auto-populate the billing address fields from data entered in the shipping address fields, reducing checkout time. We've also made it possible to order multiple gift cards of different values, reducing the number of transactions a guest needs to complete.

Aloha

Updates for Aloha User Program

When Aloha needed to make system changes to push forward increased security features that would affect Paytronix's Aloha User Program, Paytronix and NCR worked together to make sure your front-line staff didn't see any changes or delays in their everyday POS experiences. With these changes, your front-line staff's interactions with the POS are faster than before. Our new design will remain compatible with future Aloha versions for many years to come.
