New Features

Since people sometimes forget to activate loyalty cards that are provided at the store, the mobile app now registers and activates them automatically.

A new functionality in contactless dining enables brands to apply an automatic gratuity when guests don’t close out an order by selecting a tip.

The new Email Deliverability dashboard under the Messaging section of the Analytics tool provides access to historical information.

Chargebacks and fraud are the bane of any gift card program. To limit their occurrence, Paytronix Payments partnered with Forter to provide best-in-class security for every payment.

The new onboarding flow has a self-service tool that enables merchant users to set up payment processing by entering their bank account information. Paytronix Payments can be used with features in the PXS, like subscriptions, online card sales, and e-gift.

A brand can now automatically generate new promotional or stored-value cards without keeping track of card numbers available for activation. This enhancement makes it easy to request accounts in bulk and download the numbers for immediate use.

Updates

The “View in Browser” link in campaign emails generates a customer-specific email view. Substitution parameters used in the email will populate with guest information in the browser.

Loyalty users can now spend more time executing marketing promotions and less time configuring them, thanks to the added ability to reuse item categories for rewards. There is also item tracking for modern point-of-sale integrations.

The right-hand navigation of the Analytics tool underwent spring cleaning, and dashboards are now sorted based on product type.

Delivery estimates on the mobile app have been enhanced to reflect not only the estimated delivery time, but also the delivery-zone time settings.

Addresses for stores in Spain, Germany, France, and Portugal can now be accommodated.

An update to the combo-syncing functionality ensures that the sort order of modifiers defined within Revel is maintained when items are transferred to Order & Delivery.

Several features have been added to the newly updated Revel integration:

  • A separate POS discount can be processed for rewards as opposed to coupons.
  • Combo prices are pulled in from the Revel combo setup.
  • DoorDash Drive tips can be mapped to a custom service fee in Revel so they don’t get mixed in with regular restaurant tips.

New components have been added to the Order Experience Builder:

  • Error messaging informs guests that their cart won’t transfer when they switch to a new ordering location.
  • An optional configuration enables a selection to be hidden from the modifier list and displayed as part of the item name.

Order & Delivery can now automatically push store hours to Grubhub Marketplace.

The Toast Order & Delivery integration now uses some more modern endpoints with the same functionality, ensuring continued support and usability.

The Order & Delivery webpage now hides any categories featuring items that can’t be ordered directly (like an entrée that is part of a combo).

The ID supplied to DoorDash for marketplace enablement is always the Paytronix unique GUID for the location. As such, the UI has been removed to allow making this the store ID for ease of setup.

Fixes

The tip screen in the ordering flow of the mobile app now shows the correct payment method.

The mobile app has been enhanced to reflect the configured payment options per order type. For example, if you allow only credit card payments for curbside orders, that is the only available payment method displayed.

The mobile app now restricts tipping with reward dollars.

An issue that kept modifier selections from being retained when a user edited an item in the basket screen for Order & Delivery has been resolved.

When configuring additional taxes for Order & Delivery, the option “Hide When Zero” now displays properly in the admin interface.

An obstacle preventing menu items added to Radiant from being pulled into Order & Delivery has been removed to allow for proper mapping.

In the Radiant Order & Delivery integration, the “Sync Data” button for pulling in the current POS settings is no longer being hidden.

A particular POS setup that was causing the Brink menu sync for Order & Delivery to fail has been corrected.
