In the spirit of facilitating real-time, simple data collection on your loyalty members, Paytronix has created a Survey Center. As of v16.5, Paytronix now offers a one-to-one survey platform. Surveys can be sent out via real-time messaging channels, meaning that the survey is triggered by an in-store POS transaction. Survey deployment is supported through email, push, and pull messages.
The “Survey Center” is stored under Marketing Tools on the left navigation. In it, you can create your own survey questions and answers. The following question types are supported:
- Multiple Choice (Single Select) – Guests can select one answer in a list of possible options.
- Multiple Choice (Multi-Select) – Guests can select all answers that apply via this question type.
- Open Response – Enable guests to give you feedback in their own words.
- Rating Scale – from zero or one through ten, guests can rank their experience, the taste of your food, quality of service and more.
Additionally, marketers can reward survey respondents for completing a survey.
Clients with third party mobile applications and websites can integrate to our one-to-one survey feature via our open REST endpoints.
