Text to Join - Register Customers Via SMS

At the point of sale, a guest can submit a mobile number with their order. The cashier types it into the POS. In response the guest receives an SMS message asking them to complete the program registration process by replying with their email via SMS. Reach out to your Technology Consultant to start implementing this for your brand.

Customer Service Representative Enhancements

Wallet Filtering by Concept

As a multi-concept brand, you have different rewards for your guests that might not be available at some of the other concepts.  Remove any guest confusion by filtering these rewards from showing up on the POS at locations where they are not available.  Allow your marketing team to excite customers about your other brands, without adding training and awareness to the front-line staff of any other locations.  Reach out to your technology consultant today to set up this functionality today.

Wallet Archiving

To achieve 1-to -1 marketing, you will always be trying new styles of offers to find the best option for each guest.  Clear out the clutter of old offers, to keep your work flows clean while trying as many new offers as your brand can devise.  Wallet Archiving enables you to keep all reporting on past offers, while removing these options for any active promotional setup.

The messaging view includes send date, message trigger, message title, message type, and status. Reports

Introducing the new Paytronix Analytics page!

The Analytics page in the Paytronix Merchant portal is home to a new set of dashboards that provide you with a highly visual and engaging way of gauging the performance of your program. This will be your new go-to when you need to get a high level, executive summary of your program’s performance, as well as when you need to drill deeper into your data to gather more granular insights about your guests. With the dashboards that are currently available in Analytics, you are able to:

  • Get the total number of new members enrolling in your program in a certain time period, the total number of marketable members (those who are opted in to communication channels) in your program, and the average spend per visit for your loyalty guests
  • View how the total visits and spend in your program is trending over time, and then drill deeper into this data to see it broken down by store
  • Dive into exactly how your guests are enrolling in your program

These dashboards also enable you to download any of the data that you are looking at in a variety of different formats (Excel, CSV, TSV, Image Files, etc). You can specify the filter on the dashboard if applicable, set the schedule, and select which emails to send the dashboard to on the scheduled recurring basis.

Reconciliation Detail Report Updates

The Reconciliation Detail Report is useful for reconciling transactions in Gift Card programs. This report shows stored value activity broken down by each individual transaction. As of v18.2, this report includes two new columns: Activation Store Code and the Activation Store Name. These columns give information about where the gift card used in a particular transaction was activated. An example of what this report looks like when it is run can be seen below.

More details about how this report can be run and what it is used for can be found on our support website.
